At the Brockport Central School District, providing a quality
education for all students is our main purpose. The Office of
Instruction oversees all matters related to curriculum and instruction
and collaborates with building administrators, directors and teachers to
strengthen and expand learning opportunities for all students.
Students
flourish when they learn from teachers who provide high quality
instruction, are supported as individuals, experience a safe and orderly
learning environment and are connected to the larger school community.
We are responsible for providing professional development to our staff
that supports our District Goals.
Additionally, the Office of
Instruction coordinates instructional programs and reviews curriculum
with building and district committees, administrators and faculty.
Gifted education, Academic Intervention Services, Universal Pre-K, Home
School, state and local testing. Data reporting and other related
services are managed in this office as well.
Our community can be
proud of student achievements and of the staff for providing an
educational experience that encourages academic excellence. Our level of
success in enhancing student performance and achievement can be
witnessed in the awards, recognitions, and test scores of Brockport
students.
