American History Trip

  • The 67th annual American History Trip is May 20-23, 2024.

    Important dates:

    2023

    • September 28: Informational Meetings in the OMS Auditorium [5:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. -- families only need to attend 1 session].
    • October 16: $270 Deposit, Student Requirements Agreement and First Choice Education Tours Trip Registration form are due to the AP Office. Payments can be made with cash or with checks/money orders payable to OMS Extra Class.
    • December 4: payment of $150 is due to the AP Office. Payments can be made with cash or with checks/money orders payable to OMS Extra Class.  

    2024 

    • January 22: Payment of $150 is due to the AP Office. Payments can be made with cash or with checks/money orders payable to OMS Extra Class.  
    • February 29: Winter/Spring Family Informational Meeting at 6:30 p.m. in OMS Auditorium.
    • March 4: Final payment due to the AP Office. Payments can be made with cash or with checks/money orders payable to OMS Extra Class.
    • March 25: Completed health forms and, if needed, doctor's notes are due to the OMS Nurse's office.  
    • May 19: Luggage drop-off in the OMS Lower Gym from 3-5 p.m.
    • May 20: Depart OMS for Washington, D.C. at 6:30 AM
    • May 23: Arrival at OMS at approximately 9:45 p.m.
