Brockport Central School District will be hosting a voluntary Monroe County Pop-up clinic:

COVID-19 Pfizer Vaccination Clinic
June 2, 2021
2-6 p.m.
Brockport High School

We realize and respect that medical decisions are an individual’s choice with guidance limited to one’s physician. We are providing this voluntary opportunity for our employees, families, community members and students (age 12 or older).

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All individuals must provide identification upon arrival.

The second dose will be administered on Wednesday, June 23 from 2 -6 p.m. at the high school.

Parking is available in the student parking lot at Brockport High School (see map below). Signs will assist in directing you.

After receiving the vaccination, individuals will receive their vaccination card and will be asked to remain on site for 15-30 minutes for monitoring.
