If you are a Brockport alum and would like to obtain an official copy of your transcripts, please fill out the Student Records Request form at the bottom of the page and return to the Registration Office.

If you graduated before 2023: Reach out to the Office of Registration by calling 585-637-1857 or by email, registrar@bcs1.org.    

If you graduated in 2023 or have not graduated yet: Contact the counseling office at 637-1873 or send an email to BHSCounseling@brockport.onmicrosoft.com

*Transcript requests can take up to 3-5 business days to process. If leaving a message, please indicate where you would like the transcript sent.
