Brockport Central School District Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) 2024-2025

An information/interested survey for the 2024-2025 UPK program will be mailed to parents on November 15, 2023, that are currently in our student management system.  Therefore, we are asking any families that have not already done so to complete the Household Information Form. This will ensure that your student/family will receive all mailings pertaining to the 2024-2025 UPK program. The Household Information Form may be found on the District website under Departments/Registration tab.

Please print the Household Information Form, complete and return one of the following ways to the Office of Registration:

Fax to 585-637-1899

Scan and email to Registrar@bcs1.org

Mail to the Office of Registration, 40 Allen St, Bldg #100, Brockport, NY 14420

Drop the form off in the lobby of District Office – doors are open from 8 am – 4:30 pm

Take a picture with a smartphone and email to Registrar@bcs1.org

If none of the above options are convenient, you may call the Office of Registration (585) 637-1857 and make an appointment to bring the paperwork into the office.
