Develop curriculum, instruction, & assessment.

• Examine NY State Regent Exam scores for Global History and US History to identify patterns.
• Improve essay scores by increasing more students achieving 3s, 4s, and 5s out of 5s on the Regent Exams.
• Improve students scoring at mastery level (85% or higher) and increase student passing rates.
• Improve literacy to strength curriculum.
• Improve college preparation by increasing projects / term papers during electives and senior year courses.
• Engage department members as related to curriculum, instruction and assessment development
